Voice2Evolve exists for one purpose: making humans more capable in the conversations that matter. Everything about how we build the platform, and where we draw its limits, follows from that.
This page states those limits clearly. Not as policy hedges, but as design commitments backed by legal obligation.
Human Capability Is the Goal
Every feature on this platform exists to increase what you can do, not substitute for it. Sparring creates conditions for skill to develop: realistic pressure, forensic analysis, honest feedback about what happened under that pressure. You develop the skill.
When the session ends, what you learned belongs entirely to you. The capability you built is yours. The decisions you make with it are yours. Your sparring partner served its purpose. That is all it was here for.
Transparency
Before every session, the nature of your sparring partner is clear: simulated, not a human coach. Voice2Evolve does not offer human coaching and never claims to.
Within sessions, personas hold their role. That persistence is what creates realistic pressure, and it is disclosed in advance. There are no hidden profiles accumulating in the background, no invisible scores building between sessions, no evaluation you did not initiate.
Your Data Is Yours
Session audio is processed in real time and discarded. It is not retained by our providers after processing. Transcripts are stored in your account, scoped to your organization, and deleted automatically according to your retention settings.
Your data is never used to train external models. This is contractually guaranteed in our vendor agreements. Not a preference. A commitment.
Hard Boundaries
Voice2Evolve generates analysis. It does not make assessments.
The platform does not rank users, score employability, or make recommendations about hiring, promotion, or professional fitness. It creates pressure and measures behavior under that pressure. Those are different things.
The distinction is non-negotiable. We build preparation tools. Judgment stays human.
What We Do Not Do
Regardless of what the technology would allow, Voice2Evolve does not:
- Use session data to train external models
- Share individual session recordings or transcripts with employers, recruiters, or third parties
- Rank users against each other
- Score employability or professional readiness
- Make or inform hiring, selection, or promotion decisions
- Replace human judgment with automated outputs
Voice2Evolve makes humans harder to beat.
The platform makes that possible. You own the result.
